User Agreement

Welcome to Aniflow ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, strictly refrain from using our services.

1. Services and AI Integration

Aniflow is an anime tracking and community platform. Our services include list management, reviews, and news aggregation. To provide these services, we utilize several third-party technologies:

• Metadata: We use the Jikan API (MyAnimeList data), AnimeThemes API (music), and Anime News Network (news). We do not claim ownership of this content.
• Authentication & Storage: All user accounts and uploaded media are managed via Supabase.
• Artificial Intelligence: We integrate Google Gemini API to provide enhanced recommendations, summaries, or chatbot interactions. By using these AI features, you understand that your interactions (such as queries or prompts) are processed by Google's AI services and are subject to their terms of use.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Supabase-managed credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Uploaded Content (Avatars & Banners)

Aniflow allows users to upload profile avatars and banner images. All uploaded media is stored using Supabase Storage. By uploading an image:

• You warrant and represent that you own the rights to the image or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use it.
• You grant Aniflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content on our platform.
• We assume no liability: Aniflow acts solely as a host. We do not monitor every upload and are not responsible for copyright infringements committed by users.
• We reserve the right to remove any image that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights without prior notice.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Aniflow includes affiliate links to Playasia (merchandise) and NordVPN (VPN services). If you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This helps support the development of Aniflow. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or practices of these third-party vendors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aniflow and its developers provide the service on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of data from third-party APIs (Jikan, ANN, Gemini) or the continuous availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aniflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mexico.
